New Years 2010
Grandma Nancy, Grandpa Ron and Samantha came over to help us ring in the new year. We dragged the firepit to the driveway and had kept busy with snacks and smores while waiting for the clock to strike midnight.
Kayli had fun making hearts and flowers with her sparklers and I had fun photographing them. (The 2010 at the start of this post was done by Talia.)
When the New Year arrived we were joined outside by some of the neighbors. We had plenty of fireworks left over from the 4th and everyone enjoyed watching them.
We were having so much fun that we didn’t head off to bed till around 1:30 am. I was surprised that all the kids stayed awake that long!
