Down 30 Pounds

I’ve been going to Weight Watchers since the May. So far I have lost 30 pounds. I’ve also been taking a kickboxing class three times a week, which has really been toning up my muscles. People have asking for pictures, so I had Talia take some of me today.

For comparison, heres a picture of me taken last summer right after I started going to Weight Watchers.
