Talia was combing Falyn’s hair today when we decided to try to put pigtails in her hair. Doesn’t she look cute?
Watching the Workers
They are doing a bunch of work in the roads in our neighborhood. We are told they are running fiber under the road. The kids sure like watching the workers.

Asleep in the Baby Gym
Falyn was playing in her baby gym yesterday afternoon. It got quite and I looked over to see that she had fallen asleep! She looked so cute that I had to take pictures.

Picture This
It’s time to leave to take the girls to hip-hop class. I go out front and find that the kiddie pool the kids were playing in earlier is blocking the path of the van. I frantically work at bailing out all the water with a bucket till it’s light enough for me to pick up and dump out the rest of the water. I pick it up dumping all the water out, walk backwards, run into something and then SPLASH! I fall into the other kiddie pool that was a bit further up on the driveway. I had to run upstairs to change and then drive them to class. We just made it on time.

BBQ At the Beach
Last night we had a BBQ at the beach. We met Dan’s parents there. We got there around 5 and the kids did a bit of swimming in the ocean before it got cold. We then build a fire in the firepit and roasted hot dogs. Later we roasted marshmellows. It was very windy, but we still had a good time. We didn’t leave till after 9! More pics are on flickr.
