First Time in the Pool
The cold water temperatures didn’t stop the kids from jumping in the pool as soon as they pool guy told them they could dive in. They had a lot of fun exploring all the places they could jump off of and swimming all around the pool. I’m waiting till we can turn on the heater before I get in.

Talia Got Her Driver’s Permit
Talia aced her permit test and got her driver’s permit today. It is more than a little scary to think about your child driving. I’m sure she will be a great driver. It’s all the other crazy drivers out there that I worry about.

We can’t turn on the heater for a few weeks, but that isn’t stopping the kids from playing in it. Thankfully, we are having Santa Anas, which provide us with warm sunny days. Isn’t it beautiful? I just love the color. So pleased with how the pebble coat turned out.
Day 50 – Pool Construction – Acid Wash, filling pool
The day we have waited for for so long is finally here! They did the acid wash and then started filling the pool. The kids were so excited. They could not wait to jump in. The water was freeze cold and it was only around 68 degrees outside, but that did not stop them.
