The plans for our remodel/addition were dropped off with the city today. They said it will take 2-3 weeks to get back to us. Hopefully they won’t require a bunch of changes to the plans. Once they approve the plans, we will be able to start the demo phase.

Cool! I know you’ve been working on and writing about your remodel for a long time, but I don’t know what exactly you’re doing. We’re just starting the remodel process here (bumping out a dormer and converting an unfinished attic into a bathroom), so I’d appreciate any advice! 🙂
